Din Tai Fung Shrimp & Pork Wonton
DIN TAI FUNG SHRIMP & PORK WONTON (BOILED) WITH HOUSE SOY SAUCE
How to prepare your Shrimp & Pork Wonton (Boiled) with House Soy Sauce:
- Thaw out the Shrimp and Pork Wonton at room temperature for around 20 minutes, or until wrapper is slightly soft.
- While waiting for it to thaw, half-fill a pot with water and bring to a boil at medium heat.
- Carefully drop the wonton into the boiling water, for around 4 minutes, or until wrapper is slightly translucent.
- Use a mesh strainer and remove the wonton. Allow the excess water to drain.
- Place the wonton in a clean bowl.
- Heat the House Soy Sauce until warm and pour over the wonton.
- Gently toss the wonton and house soy sauce until evenly coated.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve hot. Best served topped with chopped green onion.
